Healthy & Delicious Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

A beautiful and incredibly easy-to-make parfait featuring layers of crunchy granola, fresh sweet strawberries, and creamy Greek yogurt lightly sweetened with honey and vanilla. Perfect for a healthy breakfast, a quick snack, or a light dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Plain recommended
  • 1-2 tsp Honey or maple syrup, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries washed and chopped
  • 1/3 cup Granola Homemade or store-bought
  • Optional Garnish 1 small Strawberry (sliced for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the fresh strawberries. Set aside. Slice one small strawberry for garnish if desired.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Choose a clear glass or small bowl for serving.
  • Create the first layer by adding about half of the granola to the bottom of the glass.
  • Spoon about half of the yogurt mixture over the granola.
  • Add a layer of chopped strawberries over the yogurt.
  • Add the remaining granola on top of the strawberries.
  • Top with the remaining yogurt mixture.
  • Garnish with the sliced strawberry (fanned out looks nice!).
  • Serve immediately for the best texture (especially the crunchy granola).

Notes

  • Granola: The video mentions homemade granola, but feel free to use your favorite store-bought kind!
  • Sweetness: Adjust the amount of honey or swap for maple syrup or another sweetener based on your preference and the sweetness of your fruit/yogurt.
  • Fruit: While strawberries are shown, you can easily substitute with other berries (blueberries, raspberries) or fruits like peaches or mango.
  • Make Ahead: You can prep the components (chop fruit, mix yogurt) ahead of time, but assemble just before serving to prevent the granola from getting soggy.
  • Quantity: These amounts are estimates for one serving as shown in the video. Adjust quantities based on the size of your serving glass and your preference for each layer.
