Healthy & Delicious Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

Healthy & Delicious Strawberry Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Plain recommended
- 1-2 tsp Honey or maple syrup, adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries washed and chopped
- 1/3 cup Granola Homemade or store-bought
- Optional Garnish 1 small Strawberry (sliced for topping)
Instructions
- Wash and chop the fresh strawberries. Set aside. Slice one small strawberry for garnish if desired.
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Choose a clear glass or small bowl for serving.
- Create the first layer by adding about half of the granola to the bottom of the glass.
- Spoon about half of the yogurt mixture over the granola.
- Add a layer of chopped strawberries over the yogurt.
- Add the remaining granola on top of the strawberries.
- Top with the remaining yogurt mixture.
- Garnish with the sliced strawberry (fanned out looks nice!).
- Serve immediately for the best texture (especially the crunchy granola).

- Sweetness: Adjust the amount of honey or swap for maple syrup or another sweetener based on your preference and the sweetness of your fruit/yogurt.
